Shipping Information Following credit approval, items in stock are shipped in two business days. Custom made items usually are shipped within one week after credit approval. Mattresses will be shipped by common carrier. The innerspring mattresses are shipped in the original size, not folded or compressed which cuts down on life expectancy. Freight charges in the U.S. average over $100.00 with the exception of the west coast which can run higher. This charge includes a $40 to $50 residential delivery charge depending on the carrier that we use. If you have a home terminal or valid business location for us to deliver to we can usually reduce the shipping charges. You will be charged the actual freight for your particular order. At the time we receive the order, we will e-mail or call you with the cost of the mattress and freight charge. The order will be confirmed at that time.
